Forensic Context

A study in humans identified the circKLHL1 as a potential biomarker for immune-mediated demyelinating disease, where its levels in cerebrospinal fluid exosomes were specifically noted [Misir et al. A review of literature indicates that the circKLHL1 is a synaptically-enriched circular RNA abundant in the dendritic arbor of neurons, suggesting a role in synaptic function [Suresh L. Mehta et al.
