Forensic Context
A study in humans demonstrated that the circRARS is significantly increased in the serum exosomes of patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer, where its levels correlate with TNM stages and poor prognosis [Sema Misir et al. DOI:10.1038/s41418-022-00948-7]. A study in human coronary artery segments from a single autopsy case demonstrated that the circRARS was among 27 differentially expressed circRNAs selected for validation, and its expression was successfully validated by qRT-PCR assays [Hou et al. DOI:10.1002/jcla.23552].
