A study in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) demonstrated that exosomal hsa-miR-1202 was significantly downregulated (fold change 10.23) in cells exposed to heat stroke temperature conditions (41°C) compared to normal controls, identifying it as a potential noninvasive biomarker for heat stroke [Chen et al.
