Forensic Context
A study in mice demonstrated that the DDIT4L was downregulated in the striatum at 2 days post-traumatic brain injury [Kounelis-Wuillaume et al. DOI:10.1177/08977151251390528]. In a separate forensic investigation using a mouse incised skeletal muscle wound model, DNA microarray analysis identified the DDIT4L as significantly downregulated (20.338-fold) at 12 hours post-injury [Gaballah et al. DOI:10.1016/j.forsciint.2016.06.027].
