Forensic Context

A study in elderly human hip fracture patients using single-cell RNA sequencing demonstrated that mitochondria-encoded cytochrome genes, including the MT-CYB, were significantly up-regulated in the C-Mono2 monocyte subpopulation within 24 hours post-operation [Lu et al.
