Forensic Context

A study in mice demonstrated that binge-like ethanol consumption via a drinking-in-the-dark paradigm increased the RAPGEF3 expression in the prefrontal cortex, and pharmacological inhibition of PARP with ABT-888 altered its expression as part of a broader transcriptional response [Vallerini et al.
