Forensic Context

A study in porcine (Yorkshire crossbred swine) skin exposed to bromine vapor demonstrated that the SLCO3A1 (Solute carrier organic anion transporter family member 3A1) was significantly downregulated, with a 3.84-fold decrease after a 10-minute exposure and a 2.75-fold decrease after a 20-minute exposure, identifying it as a component of significantly altered signaling pathways following injury [Rogers et al.
